Amy Klose

Amy Klose

Principal Human Resources Consultant

Amy Klose leads Q27’s HR and Employee Relations practice. She is a Florida Bar-licensed employment attorney and senior HR leader with nearly two decades of experience working inside public and private organizations. Her background combines employment and labor law expertise with the practical demands of building HR operations, leading teams, advising executives, and managing complex workplace matters.

Throughout her career, Amy has worked across employee relations, workplace investigations, compliance, organizational design, performance management, and workforce change. She has helped organizations establish and improve HR programs, build reliable complaint and reporting processes, develop managers, and address sensitive allegations involving discrimination, harassment, and other employee concerns. Her approach reflects an understanding of both the workplace rules that matter and the operational realities leaders face when putting those rules into practice.

Amy is particularly effective where sound process, careful judgment, and organizational trust are essential. She works closely with executives, managers, and HR teams to assess risk, resolve problems, and strengthen accountability without losing sight of the people affected by a decision.

Clients work directly with Amy for clear advice, thoughtful fact-finding, and practical solutions designed to hold up beyond the immediate issue.
